Electric Auto China is a Shanghai export desk, not a marketplace and not a broker chain. We hold the relationships with licensed 4S dealerships, we hold the AEO customs licence, and we hold the file from your first message to the bill of lading.
We source brand-new Chinese electric vehicles for overseas buyers with small-batch, custom-specification needs, then handle the technical modifications a manufacturer's contract requires before a vehicle can legitimately leave the country. Steering column conversion, regional compliance, charging standard, documentation. Done properly, and done before the container is sealed.
Chinese EV brands sell domestically and price accordingly. For most manufacturers, direct new-car export is blocked — a dealer caught shipping a 0km vehicle overseas risks their franchise. The result is a secondary market of brokers offering used cars with 3,000 to 10,000 km on the clock and describing them as new. We built a compliant route instead: genuine 0km stock from licensed dealers, modified for the destination market, cleared under our own licence.
Our primary supplier relationship is with a Geely 4S dealership in Shanghai, which is why Geely and Zeekr are the marques we can move fastest and price best. Additional partnerships cover BYD, Zeekr, Xpeng, NIO, Li Auto, Aion, Leapmotor, Denza and others as required. Clearance runs under our own China Customs AEO licence and we are registered with MOFCOM and in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone.
We will not describe a used car as new. We will not ship a model into a market where it has no viable certification route. We will not publish specification figures we cannot source, which is why you will see TBC on this site where another exporter would print a confident number. And we do not run enquiry forms — a WhatsApp or email note reaches a named person on the desk.

No, and we would be suspicious of an exporter who claimed to be. We are an export desk with direct relationships to licensed 4S dealerships in Shanghai. The manufacturers are Geely, Zeekr, BYD and the other marques listed on this site.
Qualified buyers placing ten units or more are welcome at the partner Shanghai showroom, with airport pickup, hotel and a two-day dealership tour arranged. Visa invitation letters are issued on deposit confirmation.
Because we only publish figures we can trace to a source we stand behind. Where a power, range or battery figure has not been confirmed for a specific build year and trim, we mark it TBC and confirm it in writing at quotation rather than printing a number that might be wrong.
